Once they are done, mix them with the teriyaki sauce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teriyaki sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 tablespoons <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orientalmarket.es\/shop\/salsas-de-soja\/\">soy sauce<\/a><\/li>\n<li>5 tablespoons mirin<\/li>\n<li>5 tablespoons  sake<\/li>\n<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n<p>Bring the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orientalmarket.es\/shop\/sake\/\">sake<\/a> and mirin to the boil in a saucepan for 30 seconds so that the alcohol evaporates. Then add the sugar and stir well so that it melts. Finally, add the soy sauce and bring back to the boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat and leave to cool to room temperature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crockery used for plating: <\/strong>28 cm. oval dish.
