A presentation led by<strong> Roger Ortu\u00f1o<\/strong>, qualified <em>Sake professional<\/em> and author of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comerjapones.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ComerJapones.com<\/a> and <strong>Antonio Campins<\/strong>, author of the book<strong> &#8220;Sake, the liquid silk&#8221;<\/strong>. Both presented <strong>Oriental Market&#8217;s<\/strong> collection of sakes and all those present were able to taste each of them together with <strong>Japanese dishes<\/strong> prepared by Chef <strong>Sebasti\u00e1n Merlet,<\/strong> Executive Chef of the <strong>Doble Zeroo<\/strong> restaurant in Barcelona (C\/ Jaume Giralt 53).
