Cortar a l\u00e1minas con mandolina y rociar con un spray de aceite de oliva virgen extra. Los chips de taro se pueden hacer de dos maneras:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Con \u201cair fryer\u201d: precalentar la air fryer a 180o C durante 5 minutos. Introducir los chips en la cubeta y cocinar durante 10 minutos. Sacar la cubeta, dar un par de vueltas y volver a dorar durante 5 minutos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Con \u201chorno\u201d: precalentar el horno. Disponer los discos sobre papel vegetal y hornear a 180o C durante 15 minutos o hasta que se doren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Mayonesa: <\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Poner en un bol el huevo, la mostaza y una pizca de sal. Echar el aceite y remover con el brazo de la batidora sin levantarlo hasta que est\u00e9 todo bien ligado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Seguidamente a\u00f1adir el vinagre y el az\u00facar.
