Dejar reposar y luego secar durante 20 minutos aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Poner el arroz y el agua en un cazo. Cuando comience a hervir, bajar el fuego y cocer durante 15 minutos. Retirar y tapar. Dejar reposar durante 5 minutos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Enfriar el arroz extendi\u00e9ndolo en una fuente grande. A\u00f1adir el vinagre de arroz y mezclar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Relleno:<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mezclar el pato con dos cucharadas de teriyaki y a\u00f1adir la cebolleta cortada muy fina.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mezclar muy bien, incluso triturar si os gusta m\u00e1s fino, hasta que quede una pasta homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cortar unos cuadrados de papel film que quepan bien en la palma de la mano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Poner cada cuadr\u00edcula en una encimera y colocar una cucharada generosa de arroz sushi en cada una. Extenderla (quedar\u00e1 una circunferencia), poner en el centro un poco de relleno y una bolita de mozzarella. Con ayuda de los bordes del cuadrado de papel film cerrar la bola presionando bien. Girar sobre s\u00ed mismo.
