class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Dejar hervir en una cazuela 3 cucharadas de mirin a fuego medio &#8211; alto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Agregar \u00be de taza (200 ml) de dashi y 3 cucharadas de salsa de soja sin gluten, dejar hervir y reservar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Quitar las semillas de \u215b de calabaza kabocha, cortar por la mitad y a rodajas finas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cortar 1 batata japonesa peque\u00f1a en rodajas finas y remojar en agua para eliminar el almid\u00f3n durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Hacer un par de peque\u00f1os cortes en 8 okras. Perforar las okras para que no exploten. Retirar la c\u00e1scara de 8 camarones gigantes y limpiar su interior. Verter 2 cucharadas de sake en los camarones y mezclar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cortar la cola para eliminar la humedad y hacer un par de ranuras en la parte inferior del camar\u00f3n, doblarlo hacia atr\u00e1s abriendo las ranuras hasta que se escuche el sonido de \u201cpop\u201d.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Secar la batata con papel de cocina para retirar la humedad. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>En un taz\u00f3n mediano, sobre una balanza de cocina, agregar un huevo y verter agua hasta que la mezcla de huevo y agua pesen unos 200 gramos y mezclar bien. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Agregar \u00bd taza (80 g) de harina de arroz y mezclar bien de manera uniforme.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Calentar aceite hasta 170\u00ba. Cubrir las rodajas de batata con la masa y fre\u00edr a 170\u00ba durante 3 minutos. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 11\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Quitar el exceso de aceite transfiriendo la batata a una rejilla. Quitar los restos de fritura del aceite con un colador.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 12\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cubrir las hojas de calabaza con la masa y fre\u00edr durante 3 minutos a 170\u00ba. Repetir la misma acci\u00f3n cubriendo un pu\u00f1ado de jud\u00edas verdes con la masa y fre\u00edr a 170\u00ba durante 2 minutos. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 13\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cortar 2 berenjenas por la mitad a lo largo dejando 2 cm en un extremo sin cortar. Las berenjenas cambian de color, por eso, es mejor cortarlas antes de fre\u00edrlas. Fre\u00edr las berenjenas a 170\u00ba durante 2 minutos. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 14\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Batir la masa y cubrir los camarones. Fre\u00edrlos durante 2 minutos a 170\u00ba.
