class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Hacer un marinado para la ternera: en un bol mezclar las salsas de soja, yondu y agridulce, a\u00f1adir la pasta de chile, la crema de cacahuete y rallarle los ajos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Limpiar bien la ternera de grasa y cortar en trozos no muy grandes. A\u00f1adir al bol del marinado y dejar tapado en fr\u00edo durante unas dos horas. Pasar la ternera por un colador y reservar el caldo del marinado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>En un wok poner a calentar aceite de girasol y saltear la carne. Limpiar y trocear las setas y a\u00f1adirlas al wok. Seguir rehogando durante unos minutos y echar el caldo del marinado dej\u00e1ndolo reducir. A\u00f1adir el aceite de s\u00e9samo y dejar que repose un rato. Reservar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Poner al fuego una cazuela con agua y sal. Cuando empiece a hervir, echar los fideos y cocer durante 3 &#8211; 5 minutos (seg\u00fan indicaciones en el envase). Escurrir bien el agua y mezclar los fideos con la ternera.
