class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 1\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Revolver bien la carne y la salsa de soja, luego agregar aproximadamente 2 cucharaditas de aceite y mezclar. Dejar reposar la carne mientras se preparan otros ingredientes. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Combinar todos los ingredientes de la salsa y mezclar. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Calentar 1 cucharada de aceite vegetal en un wok o en una sart\u00e9n antiadherente grande a fuego medio-alto. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, agregar toda la prote\u00edna y cocinar hasta que est\u00e9 listo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Retirar la carne de la sart\u00e9n y reservar en un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o. Limpiar con una toalla de papel los jugos de carne del wok.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>A partir de este paso, se recomienda cocinar 1 porci\u00f3n a la vez para obtener mejores resultados:  agregar 1 \u00bd cucharadas de aceite vegetal y ajo al wok y saltear a fuego medio alto hasta que los trozos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de ajo comiencen a tomar color.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Agregar el huevo, romper la yema, dejarlo reposar hasta la mitad y luego revolver brevemente. Agregar el br\u00f3coli chino y revolver para cubrir uniformemente con el aceite, aproximadamente de 10 a 15 segundos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Agregar 227 g de fideos de arroz, 2 cucharadas + 1 cucharadita de la mezcla de salsa y 2 cucharaditas de az\u00facar. Subir el fuego a alto y revolver para cubrir los fideos uniformemente en la salsa. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Una vez cubiertos, extender los fideos para cubrir toda la sart\u00e9n y dejarlos reposar sin revolver durante unos 15-30 segundos hasta que algunos de los fideos se hayan \u00abtostado\u00bb. Voltear los fideos y dejarlos reposar nuevamente para tostar el otro lado. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Agregar 1 porci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna cocida nuevamente a la sart\u00e9n, tener cuidado de no agregar ning\u00fan jugo de carne que se haya acumulado en el taz\u00f3n, y revolver brevemente para mezclar y calentar la prote\u00edna. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Colocar los fideos en el plato, luego limpiar r\u00e1pidamente la sart\u00e9n con una toalla de papel y cocinar la siguiente porci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 11\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cada porci\u00f3n solo tarda unos minutos en cocinarse, por lo que si se tienen todos los ingredientes preparados y listos para usar, \u00a1todo seguir\u00e1 caliente cuando est\u00e9n listos para comer! <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":2617,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","recipe_category":[],"class_list":["post-2616","cp_recipe","type-cp_recipe","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","cp_recipe_cuisine-tailandesa"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.0 -
