class=\"cooked-recipe-directions\">\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 1\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>En un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o, mezclar: el sirope dorado, el aceite de girasol y lye water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>En un recipiente aparte, combinar la harina con la mezcla de sirope dorado. Amasar todo y cubrir con una envoltura de pl\u00e1stico. Dejar reposar de 30 minutos a 4 horas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9 listo, dividirlo en trozos de 40 g y formar bolas con la mano. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Enrollar por separado el relleno deseado en bolas de 50 g.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Tomar una bola y enrollarla entre dos hojas de envoltura de pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Retirar la hoja superior de la envoltura de pl\u00e1stico y colocar una bola de pasta\/relleno en el centro. Unir los bordes de la envoltura de pl\u00e1stico y apretar los lados para encajar la bola y la masa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Espolvorear ligeramente la maicena, con la costura hacia abajo y presionar con un molde de pastel de luna. Presionar entre 7 y 10 veces m\u00e1s para obtener una buena impresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Colocar las bolas en una bandeja para hornear forrada con papel pergamino. Rociar ligeramente con agua e incorporarlas en un horno a 375F durante 5 minutos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Retirar y pintar ligeramente con las yemas de un huevo. Reducir el horno a 325F y hornear por 5 minutos. Luego, retirar y pintar ligeramente de nuevo. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Volver a colocar en el horno durante 10-13 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n doradas. Dejar enfriar completamente. Cubrir con una envoltura de pl\u00e1stico y refrigerar durante 3 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Relleno:<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 11\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>En un taz\u00f3n grande, verter todos los frijoles y cubrir con agua. Cubrir con una envoltura de pl\u00e1stico y dejar reposar a temperatura ambiente durante la noche. (Eliminar los tallos verdes de las semillas de loto)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 12\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Una vez que termine de remojar, escurrir los frijoles, colocarlos en una olla y dejar hervir durante 45 minutos a 1 hora. Revolver ocasionalmente. Seguidamente, colocarlos en una licuadora y mezclar a alta velocidad hasta que quede suave.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 13\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Para el frijol rojo, agregarlo a una sart\u00e9n antiadherente a fuego medio. A\u00f1adir gradualmente az\u00facar granulado y aceite de man\u00ed, mientras se mezcla en el medio de la sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 14\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Remover hasta que est\u00e9 completamente incorporado y agregar la maicena. Continuar mezclando y calentando hasta que espese. Luego, dejar enfriar completamente. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 15\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Para la semilla de loto, agregarla a una sart\u00e9n antiadherente a fuego medio. Cocinar en seco, mezclar un poco hasta que espese y deje de pegarse a la sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 16\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Agregar y mezclar el az\u00facar en polvo y el aceite de man\u00ed. Alternando cada uno hasta que se haya agregado todo.
