Pelar las gambas y quitar el intestino. Desde desde el centro hacia los extremos vamos haciendo pellizcos para sellar la oblea con la forma caracter\u00edstica de las gyozas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9n listas todas, poner una cucharada de aceite en una sart\u00e9n antiadherente, a fuego medio y cocinando por tandas. Dejar la base dorada y crujiente. Ir comprobando el tono y, cuando est\u00e9n bien doradas, cocinarlas al vapor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>A\u00f1adir agua al wok hasta cubrir un dedo las gyozas. Poner una tapa y dejar que se cocinen al vapor hasta que se evapore el agua. Tienen que quedar bien melosas.
