Secar muy bien con papel absorbente. Espolvorear un poco de sal y ajo en polvo. Poner en un plato llano la harina y rebozar cada porci\u00f3n quitando el exceso de harina.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cooked-single-direction-step-\" class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Paso 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Calentar abundante aceite en una sart\u00e9n y fre\u00edr poco a poco las setas hasta que queden doradas (cuidado no se quemen).
