Garnish
- Lemon peel
 - Orange slice
 
Ingredients:
- 50ml tanrei junmai Sake
 - 1 dash of Angostura
 - 1 sugar cube
 - 1 orange slice
 - 1 lemon peel
 
Method:
Add sake and Angostura to a glass with ice (large ice cubes are best) and mix well. Garnish with lemon zest and orange slice. Add a stir stick, sugar cube and serve.
