Description: Affectionately known as the "sparkling snow", Awayuki is lightly sweet and full of bubbly vibrance. It is a lightly alcoholic blend of fruity and floral notes punctuated by a cold and crisp effervescent fizz. Best served chilled.

Tasting Notes: Tempting flavors of tropical fruits, vanilla and honeycomb with mellow rice aromas.

Food Pairings: Pizza Margherita, Cured Meats, Dried Fruit...etc.
